Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Window
We are committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept return requests submitted within 14 days from the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, you must contact us and ship the item back within this timeframe.

2. Conditions for Returns
To ensure your return request is processed smoothly, please ensure the item meets the following conditions:

Item Condition: For tools and equipment (such as electric sanders, impact wrenches, automotive diagnostic tools, or cleaning robots), the returned device must remain in its original, unused condition.

Completeness: The return package must include all original accessories, instruction manuals, and the original, undamaged packaging.

If the device shows signs of use, wear and tear, or is missing accessories, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee of up to 30%.

3. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not return your item directly to the original shipping address. Please follow these steps:

Once our customer service team approves your request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the designated return warehouse address.

Please pack the item securely and provide us with the tracking number for the return shipment.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Quality Issues or Incorrect Shipment: If the tool you received has quality defects or if we shipped the wrong model, we will cover all shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.

Customer's Personal Reasons (e.g., Change of Mind): For returns initiated due to personal reasons (such as a change of mind), the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse.

5. Refund Process & Timeframe
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.

Standard Online Payments: Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or third-party payment account). Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For orders settled using Cash on Delivery (COD), as direct cash refunds are not possible, you must provide your bank account details (such as IBAN/BIC) when requesting a refund. We will issue the refund to your account via bank transfer; the processing time is typically 7–14 business days.

6. Promotional & Discounted Items
For items participating in major promotional campaigns—such as "50% Off" events—the refund amount will be calculated strictly based on the actual price you paid at checkout, rather than the item's original listed price.
