Quality Assurance & Warranty Policy
We have full confidence in the quality of the products we sell. To ensure you can shop with peace of mind and use our products with confidence, we provide a comprehensive standard warranty service for all eligible devices and tools.
1. Warranty Period
Starting from the date you receive your items, we offer a limited quality warranty of 12 months for all main units (such as power tools, smart cleaning devices, electronic diagnostic tools, etc.).
2. What is Covered
This warranty policy covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal, intended use. If your device experiences any of the following non-human-induced malfunctions during the warranty period, we will be responsible for addressing the issue:
Failure of internal motors or mechanical transmission components.
Malfunction of electronic mainboards, sensors, or display screens.
Failure of the battery to hold a charge under normal charging conditions (Note: As batteries are consumable items, the warranty period for batteries is typically limited to within 6 months of receipt).
3. What is NOT Covered
Please note that the following situations are not covered by our free warranty service:
Consumables and Accessories: Daily consumable parts such as sandpaper for sanders, cleaning cloths for robotic cleaners, drill bits, external cables, etc.
Human-Induced Damage and Abuse: Cosmetic damage or internal malfunctions caused by dropping, water ingress (for devices not designed to be waterproof), exposure to extreme temperatures, or severe physical impact.
Improper Operation: Malfunctions resulting from connecting to an incorrect power voltage or performing unauthorized operations contrary to the product's user manual.
Unauthorized Disassembly: Any attempt to disassemble, modify, or repair the device by personnel not officially authorized by us will immediately void the warranty.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If your device encounters an issue during the warranty period, please follow these steps to initiate a warranty claim:

In your email, please be sure to provide your Order Number and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing.
Important Note: Please attach clear photos or a short video demonstrating the product malfunction. This is crucial for our engineers to quickly assess the issue and will significantly expedite the resolution process. 5. Our Resolution
Once our technical team confirms that the issue falls within the scope of the warranty, we will provide you with one of the following solutions, depending on the specific circumstances:
We will ship replacement parts to you free of charge and provide simple instructions for their installation.
We will provide you with a free replacement—a brand-new unit of the same model (or an upgraded model with equivalent performance).
If the product has been discontinued or cannot be repaired/replaced, we will offer you a prorated refund or store credit.
6. Limitation of Liability and Legal Disclaimer
This warranty policy is provided by 2849 Texas, LLC, and represents our commitment to product quality. Any initial shipping costs incurred when returning a device for warranty service must be borne by the buyer; however, once the issue is confirmed to be covered under warranty, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replacement device to you.
